Harvest Days at Landis Valley Museum – October 10 & 11

Fall is a great time of year
to re-discover some old fashioned harvest fun!
Landis Valley Museum is the place to go this upcoming weekend.  This is their oldest and largest family
event.  There will be exhibits, live
music and activities for the whole family including a children’s discovery
tent.  Horse drawn wagon rides will be
available.  Enjoy watching the process of
making apple butter, pick a pumpkin to decorate,
watch plowing demonstrations,
enjoy the taste of a cider float or homemade ice cream!  The history lesson of learning about
Pennsylvania German traditions makes for a fun filled weekend during the Fall
season. Harvest Days will be open from 11 AM to 5 PM and cost is $12/adults;
$10/seniors; and $8/ages 6-11.  Free for
ages 5 and under.
