Are you Stressed or Blessed?

 

During this holiday season, it is easy to become distracted with all the myriad of activities that pull us in all directions. It becomes second nature to be stressed during this time of year: parties to attend, outfits to buy and wear, gifts to buy and wrap, dealing with the crowded stores, trying to eat healthy, and the list goes on. The true meaning of Thanksgiving and Christmas should be a time of reflection to remember with gratitude the things we have and have been given. A quote asks “What if we woke up today with only those things we thanked God for yesterday?”  Great question and great reminder. Take time this season to stop and reflect, pause in your busy schedule, and choose to see the many blessings in your life. Be an encouragement and blessing to others. Pay it forward. Be Thankful with a grateful heart. Be blessed.Count Your Blessings
