- 16 slices of bread
- 2 1/2 C. cubed ham or deli ham
- 16 oz. cheddar cheese
- 16 oz. mozzarella cheese
- 6 – 8 eggs
- 3 1/2 C. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- Topping: 3 C. corn flakes
- Topping: 1/2 C. butter, melted
Trim crusts from bread and cut into squares.
Grease 9″ x 13″ baking pan and layer as follows: cover bottom of pan with half of bread, half of ham and half of each of the cheeses.
Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.
Pour over layers and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350 F. for 45 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
