Delicious Spring recipe to add to your breakfast, lunch or dinner meal!
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 5 TBSP powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar (I used only 3/4 cup sugar)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup cut rhubarb
Mix together 1 cup flour, butter and powdered sugar and pres into 9" square ungreased pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350.
Bowl mix the remaining ingredients. Add mixture to square pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350. (Mine was ready after 35 minutes)
