Flowers & Thyme Bed and Breakfast welcomes you, and we would appreciate if you would review these policies before making a reservation.
Rates are based per night for single or double occupancy and include a full breakfast. There is a minimum two-night stay on October weekends and some holidays. State and Local taxes of 7.1% are applicable.
We are a small B&B whose policy is to never overbook rooms. When we reserve a room for you, we agree to turn away all other requests for the room you select and guarantee to hold it for the nights you reserved. We are unable to make exceptions to our cancellation policy.
Cancellations made 10 days before the actual date of your arrival will have their deposit refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee per room. Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to arrival will forfeit their deposit unless we are able to re-rent the room. The $20 fee will still apply. Whole house rentals require a 3-week cancellation notice. Cancellations will only be honored if you have spoken directly with the innkeepers. We will not be responsible for messages by mail, email, or left on an answering machine.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check-in is between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM unless other arrangements are made. We cannot accept Check-in after 9:30 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM. Staying later may be subject to an additional charge.
Quiet time for the property is 9:30 PM.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
Deposit of one night’s charge or a valid credit card number on file is required to secure your reservation. Whole house rentals require payment in full 30 days prior to arrival. A deposit paid by check must be received three weeks or more in advance of your stay.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Travelers checks, or cash.
Children 12 years or older are welcome.
Pets are not allowed, nor do we have any here, out of deference to our guests who have allergies.
We are a smoke-free facility. Smoking is permitted outside only – on the porch or on the grounds. No candles or incense burning is permitted per our insurance agreement. If you or your guests smoke indoors, or if candles are burned in your room, you will be billed $250 to cover charges to clean the room.
